Jakob Kropfitsch

Piano

Jakob Kropfitsch, born in November 2005, started playing the piano with his father at the age of five. In 2012 he was invited by the renowned piano manufacturer "Boesendorfer" to present the new grand piano, especially designed for young students in a solo recital. Since then he has been on stage on various occasions. 

In 2013 he was accepted as student at the University of Music, Vienna and has been studying with Prof. V. Kharin since then.

In autumn 2013 he was invited to perform at a beneficiary event for Jane Goodall. In August 2014 he was chosen to play in the final concert of the International Carinthian Summer Academy Ossiach / Austria in the Alban Berg Hall. In November 2014 he was invited to La Puebla / Mexico to perform at the festival "La ciudad de las ideas".
