Allgemeine Teilnahmebedingungen
Präambel:
Die nachstehenden Teilnahmebedingungen gelten für Teilnehmer, die an den Meisterkursen der VENIA Audition Academy and Promotion e.U. (unten kürzer VENIA genannt) teilnehmen.
Kursgegenstand:
Aktive Teilnehmer
Der Kurs ist als eine Kombination von Instrumental- oder Gesangsunterricht und Mentaltraining konzipiert. Die Gestaltung des Unterrichts liegt im Ermessen der Professoren. Die Kursbeschreibungen werden auf der Homepage unter "Meisterkurse" angeführt.
Parallel mit dem Unterricht findet das Seminar "Fit to Play" von Fr. Carole Talbot-Honeck statt. Sie steht in dieser Zeit je nach Verfügbarkeit auch für Einzelgespräche zur Verfügung.
Passive Teilnehmer (Hörer)
Die Hörer dürfen den Unterricht an allen Tagen besuchen, sowie den Einführungs- und Schlussteil vom Mentaltraining-Vortrag am ersten und am letzten Tag. Die restlichen Tage des "Fit to Play" – Seminars sind den aktiven Teilnehmern vorbehalten.
Kursgröße:
Die maximale Teilnehmerzahl pro Klasse beläuft sich auf 16 Instrumentalisten und 12 Sänger.
Anmeldung:
Die Anmeldung erfolgt ausschließlich über das Anmeldeformular auf der Homepage. Die Anmeldungen werden nach der Reihe ihres Einlangens berücksichtigt. Die Anmeldefrist wird auf der Homepage angeführt. Der Anmeldeschluss ist immer 8 Wochen vor dem Beginn des jeweiligen Kurses.
Kosten:
Die Teilnahmegebühr setzt sich aus zwei Teilen zusammen: Anmeldegebühr und Kursgebühr. Die Anmeldegebühr gilt für aktive und passive Teilnehmer. Sie wird nicht rückerstattet und unterliegt nicht dem Frühbucherrabatt.
Frühbucherrabatt – Frühbucher erhalten 10% Ermäßigung auf der Teilnahmegebühr. Die Fristen werden unter "Meisterkurse" auf der Homepage angeführt.
Zahlung:
Die Anmeldegebühr ist sofort mit der Anmeldung fällig und wird nicht rückerstattet. Die Teilnahmegebühr muss bis zu zwei Wochen nach der Anmeldung auf das Konto der VENIA Audition Academy and Promotion e.U. einlangen. Die Zahlung erfolgt in Euro. Sämtliche Überweisungsspesen gehen zu Lasten des Kursteilnehmers. Sollten dennoch Spesen zu Lasten der VENIA gegangen sein, sind diese am Ankunftstag zu begleichen.
Förderungen nach Anfrage möglich.
Abmeldung:
Die Abmeldung des Teilnehmers muss schriftlich erfolgen.
Bei Abmeldung vor dem jeweiligen Anmeldeschluss: Die volle Kursgebühr wird rückerstattet.
Bei Abmeldung nach Anmeldeschluss, aber spätestens vor Beginn eines Kurses: 50% der Kursgebühr werden rückerstattet.
Bei Mangel an Studienplätzen und bei Absage eines Kurses durch VENIA: Rückerstattung der vollen Teilnahmegebühr.
Absage der Kurse durch VENIA kann erfolgen:
a) Wenn VENIA bei Absage oder Krankheit eines der Professoren keinen gleichwertigen Ersatz anbietet.
b) Bei höherer Gewalt.
Tageskarten:
Ganz- und Halbtageskarten werden bei Verfügbarkeit von Plätzen vor Ort verkauft.
Terms and Conditions
Preamble:
The following terms and conditions apply to artists taking part in master classes of the Venia Audition Academy and Promotion (hence Venia).
Object:
Participants
The basic idea is to combine instrumental and/or vocal instruction with mental training. The organization and scheduling of the teaching sessions is the responsibility of the professors. The course descriptions will be detailed in our homepage under "Master Classes".
Carole Talbot-Honeck will hold her seminar "Fit to Play" parallel to the classes. Subject to availability, there will also be a possibility to make personal appointments with her during the course.
Auditors
Auditors may listen to instrumental classes every day as well as to the Open Lecture (Introduction) and Sum up for Fit to Play on the first and last days of each course. The active part of the seminar on the other days is limited to the participants.
Course capacity:
The maximal number of participants per course is 16 for instrumentalists and 12 for singers.
Registration:
All registrations are processed using the application form in the homepage. Registrations will be processed in the order that they are received. The registration deadline will be listed in the homepage. The final date for registration is always 8 weeks before the start of a course.
Fees:
Total fees are comprised of a registration fee and a course fee as listed in the course description. The registration fee applies to participants and auditors. It is not refundable and is not subject to the early registration rebate.
Early Registration Rebate – Early registrants will receive a rebate of 10% on the course fee. The date limits for early registration will be listed in the homepage under "Master Classes".
Payment:
The registration fee is due upon completion of the registration and is not refundable. The course fee should be paid to the account of VENIA Audition Academy and Promotion in the 2 weeks following registration. Payment should be made in Euros. The registrant will carry all banking fees. If some costs accrue to VENIA, the registrant will reimburse them upon arrival.
Sponsorships are possible by special arrangement with the course management.
Cancellation:
The participant must cancel in writing.
By cancellation before the end of the registration period: The registration fee is not refundable; the course fee will be refunded in full.
By cancellation after the close of registration but before the course begins: 50% of the course fee will be reimbursed.
By cancellation after the beginning of a course: The fees cannot be reimbursed.
By cancellation of a course by VENIA or when a registrant cannot participate because course capacity is met: All fees will be refunded in full.
VENIA maintains the right to cancel a course when:
a) a suitable replacement for a professor that cancels or becomes sick cannot be found, or
b) a natural catastrophe occurs.
Day Pass:
All Day or Half Day passes will be sold on site subject to availability.
